In today's world, I find it to be increasingly more of a challenge to find a company and its employees, who represent themselves well. Air Advantage and its staff, represent values, integrity, trustworthiness, pride and accountability. From the moment I pick up the phone to schedule an appointment, to the time the Service Technician has completed the service call, it is a pleasure to work with the wonderful Staff at Air Advantage.
In addition to the above comments, Air Advantages Service Technicians are very punctual. They arrive in the time frame that was stated, when scheduling an appointment. They also call, as they are in route, advising of their estimated time of arrival. They are very knowledgeable about their products and services. They take their time to explain the service that they performed. They always ask if i have any questions or concerns, they can address. They also respect my home and property as they are very neat, clean and tidy.
Before, becoming an Air Advantage customer, I regretfully contacted another company. I am pleased to write about our experience with our Heating and Cooling Company, Air Advantage, here in Fort Myers, FL. We have lived here for seven years and always had Air Advantage as our service contractor. We needed to replace the air conditioner and heater after we purchased the house. During this time the service technician has always been Luis, who not only installed the unit but has been, by request, the only person who comes for semi-annual check-ups and service. Air Advantage Heating and Cooling has been my favorite A/C company for the past 10 years. Having lived in Florida for 42 years, I have learned to rely upon A/c for at least 10 out of 12 months. Air Advantage installed the original unit when I had my home built and I recently upgraded to a better unit. The performed a great installation.
